Overview

Cristina Henriquez is a Litigation & Dispute Resolution associate in Mayer Brown's Palo Alto office. Before joining Mayer Brown, Cristina externed for Judge Edward M. Chen of the Northern District of California and worked at the American Civil Liberties Union of Northern California. Cristina has experience in handling complex civil litigation and appeals. Cristina also has experience in drafting various motions and briefs in federal and state courts across the country, handling and drafting submissions in arbitrations, presenting oral argument in court, managing document production, representing clients in Bankruptcy cases (including 341 Meetings), representing clients in shareholder meetings, gathering facts, and working with experts.

She has defended clients in consumer class actions and has also co-authored a chapter on Class Actions and one on Multidistrict litigation.
