Frances N. Guerrero

Frances Guerrero is an associate in Mayer Brown's Chicago office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice. Her practice focuses on the representation of private equity funds, financial institutions and commercial borrowers in financial transactions of all types, including subscription-backed credit facilities, acquisition financings and syndicated financings.

Frances earned her JD from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and her Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Houston. Frances is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois.
