 Andrew Grieg is an associate in Mayer Brown's New York office and a member of the Real Estate practice. He represents lenders in complex single-asset and multi-asset real estate financing transactions and construction loans. In addition, Andrew has acted for clients of the firm in the acquisition and disposition of real property throughout the United States.

  • Representation of the administrative agent and lender in connection with the refinancing of a $2.3 billion term and revolving credit facility provided to one of the largest gaming companies in the United States, which credit facility is secured by mortgages on 20 casino and entertainment facilities located in Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Nevada.
  • Representation of the purchaser in connection with the $63 million acquisition of a multi-tenant office complex in downtown Atlanta, Georgia.
  • Representation of the purchaser in connection with the $109 million acquisition of three full service hotels located in Del Mar, California, Minneapolis, Minnesota and Troy, Michigan, along with the simultaneous assumption and modification of the existing loans on the properties.
  • Representation of the administrative agent and lender in connection with the refinancing of a $475 million term and revolving credit facility provided to one of the largest Native American gaming authorities in the United States, which credit facility is secured by mortgages on casino hotel, golf course, racetrack and off-track gaming facilities located in Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
