Holly Farless is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. Holly has handled a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, with an emphasis on consumer class action defense, consumer protection disputes, and regulatory compliance issues involving financial services institutions. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Holly worked as an associate at another prominent national law firm.
Holly received her JD from the University of Southern California and her BA in Linguistics at the University of California, Los Angeles. While attending law school, Holly was a semi-finalist in the 2015 Hale Moot Court competition and served on the Executive Board of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. She also worked as a Legal Writing Fellow, advising first-year legal writing and research students and assisting faculty in USC’s Legal Writing and Advocacy program.
