David W. Flood

David Flood is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice of the New York office. His principal practice areas include structured finance and debt capital markets.

David joined Mayer Brown in 2018 having previously worked from the London office of a New York headquartered law firm and, prior to that, from the Dublin office of one of Ireland’s leading law firms. He was also previously seconded to the legal department of a large investment bank in London where he acted as in-house counsel to the securitization desk.
