Overview

Valentina Eluf is an associate of the Labor and Employment practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown in the São Paulo office. She is especially engaged on complex litigation matters carried out before Brazilian labor courts as well as administrative procedures of the Labor Public Prosecution Office and labor authorities related to national and multinational companies of a variety of industries and sectors. Her experience also includes labor advisory on multiple matters, negotiations of collective bargaining agreements and assistance in large corporate transactions.
