Lauren M. Epstein

Lauren M. Epstein is an associate in Mayer Brown's Washington DC office and a member of the Employment & Benefits practice. She has extensive business immigration experience, assisting corporate clients across various industries including financial services, IT, entertainment, chemicals and telecommunications. Lauren works with clients of all sizes, from multinational conglomerates to cutting edge technology start-ups and entrepreneurs. She has extensive experience with all major employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-2, E-3, O-1, EB-1A, EB-1C, PERM, I-140 and adjustment of status, as well as family-based immigration, OPT/CPT strategy, asylum, temporary protected status, and DACA. In addition, Lauren is proficient in managing all aspects of the immigration process, including filings with US Citizenship and Immigration Services and visa applications submitted to the US Department of State.
