Tom De Gregoris is a Corporate & Securities associate in Mayer Brown's Chicago office. His practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and fund formation. Tom has represented public and privately-held companies in a variety of industries.
Tom received his J.D. from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School Law in 2017 and his M.B.A from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in 2017. He received a B.B.A in Business Management and History from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business in 2010 and has also studied at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Beijing Language and Culture University. Prior to law and business school, Tom worked as a financial analyst for General Electric and as a Project Manager/Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist for MBL China Consulting in Beijing. In 2018, Tom completed one-year secondment as a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Mayer Brown’s Hong Kong offices where he advised on cross-border transactions related to mergers and acquisitions, debt capital markets and fund formation.
