Katie Conterio

Katie Conterio is an associate in Mayer Brown's Chicago office and a member of the Corporate & Securities practice. Katie’s practice involves the representation of issuers and underwriters in a range of SEC-registered and exempt transactions. Katie also advises publicly traded corporations and their executive officers and directors on corporate governance, SEC compliance and disclosure matters, and stock exchange listing requirements.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Katie practiced at another international law firm, where she advised clients on corporate governance, SEC compliance and transaction matters, including stock and asset acquisitions.

Katie earned her JD, Order of the Coif, from the University of Iowa where she served as the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Corporation Law.
