Dean represents purchasers and sellers of domestic, foreign, and multinational businesses in complex public and private mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, venture capital and other private equity investments, and corporate reorganizations. He has particular experience advising both public and private companies across a wide variety of industries, including financial services, government services, and technology.
