Jennifer J. Goldfaden is an associate focusing her practice in the areas of estate and wealth transfer planning, asset protection, trust and estate administration and Federal and state taxation. Her estate and wealth planning experience includes sophisticated tax and business succession planning, the preparation of estate plan documents, dynastic trusts and other irrevocable trust agreements, closely-held family entities, and charitable planning. Jennifer’s tax preparation experience includes estate, gift, fiduciary, individual and partnership returns.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with minors in Spanish and Business, from Indiana University with high honors, and her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law.
Jennifer was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2017 – 2021 and a Best Lawyers, Ones to Watch for 2021.
Jennifer is a Young Professionals Board Member for the Center for Disability and Elder Law and a member of the Board of Directors of the La Rabida Children’s Hospital Foundation.
