Yan Chu is a senior associate of Mayer Brown. Yan has experience in handling personal injury and insurance litigation. She has experience in advising all aspects of insurance litigation including advising on policy-related issues and defence of claims involving Motor Liability, Employees’ Compensation, Contractors’ All Risk and Public Liability. She has experience in representing and defending premises’ owners and construction companies in cases involving serious personal injuries and death. She also has experience in advising and handling insurance-related arbitrations.
Yan is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators.
