Nick Card is an associate in the Technology Transactions practice in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office. He advises on a variety of technology and business process outsourcing transactions, including commercial software licensing and implementation, outsourcing of finance and accounting services, cloud computing and "as a service" (XaaS) digital services agreements, and IT outsourcing.

In Fall 2017, Nick spent six months working in-house for one of Mayer Brown’s major clients.  He advised the business with respect to a worldwide facilities management and real estate agreement and helped negotiate and draft numerous procurement agreements on behalf of the company.
