Eric Brooks is a Litigation & Dispute Resolution associate in Mayer Brown’s Washington DC office, and a member of the firm’s Supreme Court & Appellate practice. He focuses on briefing appeals and dispositive motions, with a particular focus on ERISA, immigration, and administrative law matters. Eric received a JD from Yale Law School, where he was an editor of the Yale Law Journal. He earned a BS in Mathematics, magna cum laude, from Yale College.
