Keegan Browne is a New Zealand qualified lawyer in the Banking & Finance practice of the London office. He acts for funds and banks on a broad range of debt finance transactions, with a particular focus on real estate finance. Keegan has experience in a range of complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions and regularly acts for banks, financial institutions, sponsors, funds, and borrowers. 

Keegan joined Mayer Brown in 2021.
