Overview

Amber Bennett is an associate in Mayer Brown's Chicago office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Employment Litigation & Counseling practices. Amber has experience in areas including complex commercial litigation, labor and employment litigation, internal investigations, and electronic discovery. She represents public and private entities in disputes involving a range of subject matters, with particular emphasis on class actions, contract disputes, product liability, and mass torts and environmental claims. Additionally, Amber advises on labor and employment issues in corporate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Amber served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Maria Valdez of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Honorable Rhonda Reid Winston of the Superior Court for the District of Columbia. She also served as a Staff Attorney for the First District Appellate Court of Illinois.
