Pedro has over 15 years of experience with Mergers and Acquisitions, both on the sell-side and buy-side. His experience ranges from billion-dollar deals to venture capital investments in start-ups and fintech, such as PepsiCo’s sale of “Mabel” cookie brand in Brazil.
