Overview

Clients turn to Rachel for her experience across sectors in complex antitrust investigations and litigation and counseling clients on antitrust matters. Clients also rely on Rachel for her experience before competition enforcers and in courts in the U.S., as well as in Taiwan and China.

Rachel is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law and serves as a Vice Chair for its committee dedicated to promoting diverse perspectives and engagement in antitrust.

In addition, Rachel counsels stakeholders on voting and election law issues. She is a member of the board of directors of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Rachel worked on voter protection matters during the 2020 election and was an associate in the New York office of a prominent U.S. law firm. She also clerked for Judge Jack B. Weinstein of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
