Clients turn to Kfir for advice in all phases of intellectual property negotiations and disputes, from licensing discussions, portfolio analysis, and pre-suit investigations, to trial and appeal. He has considerable trial experience on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in patent litigation matters in federal courts, at the trial and appellate levels, as well as in arbitrations and Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission (ITC).

Over the years, Kfir has represented clients in a wide variety of technology areas, including all manner of consumer electronics, wireless charging systems, telecommunications systems and products, LCD, OLED, and plasma televisions and panels, pharmaceuticals, network communications and messaging systems, flash and DRAM memory devices, wireless routing systems, aseptic filling machines, and lighting products

Clients seek out Kfir for guidance in particular in their efforts to recover investments or monetize their investments in technology and intellectual property, though he also counsels clients on analyses of IP implications on joint ventures and transactions, review of patent portfolios, freedom-to-operate analyses, and pre-litigation diligence.
