Mayer Brown ranked among top 10 in BTI’s Client Service A-Team report

Mayer Brown is pleased to announce that it is ranked ninth in client service in BTI Consulting Group’s “Client Service A-Team 2021: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance” report, a ranking of law firms based solely on objective feedback from corporate counsel.

The firm was also recognized in the group of “The Law Firms with The Most Improved Client Service” for enhancing client service in new and unexpected ways at more than twice the rate of all other law firms.

Produced by BTI Consulting Group, a provider of client feedback research to legal and professional services firms, the BTI Client Service A-Team 2021 report is based on more than 350 in-depth interviews with leading legal decision-makers at organizations across a range of sectors, including banking, chemicals, consumer goods, energy, financial Services and telecommunications.
