Mayer Brown receives perfect score in Corporate Equality Index for 11th consecutive year

For the 11th consecutive year, Mayer Brown has received a perfect score of 100 percent on the 2021 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices and benefits pertinent to LGBTQ employees. The survey is administered by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation.

The 2021 CEI rated 1,142 businesses in the report, which evaluates policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality, from the adoption of inclusive non-discrimination policies to equitable healthcare benefits for transgender employees. By satisfying all of the criteria, Mayer Brown joins the ranks of 767 major US businesses that also earned a score of 100 percent.

Additionally, the firm consistently earns recognition for LGBTQ+ inclusiveness and equality.
