Ms. Haylock is well-known in the market for handling complex IP and TMT-related disputes. She has extensively advised clients on various IP rights, including trademarks, copyright, designs and patents, and has been involved in a number of copyright and patent infringement litigation and arbitration matters involving software, chemical processes and electronics. Ms. Haylock is also a strong advocate for pro bono work and is recognized as a pro bono champion inside and outside the firm, winning individual awards at the Law Society of Hong Kong Pro Bono and Community Service Awards in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Finally, Ms. Haylock has recently been named one of the most outstanding lawyers in Asia under the age of 40 by Asian Legal Business (ALB).

"I am delighted to receive this recognition from Euromoney Legal Media Group,” said Ms. Haylock “This award affirms Mayer Brown’s position as a go-to-firm with an authoritative voice for important and pressing IP issues. This award serves as an inspiration for me to do more, and to inspire other women in the industry."

Ms. Lee, a member of the firm’s global Cybersecurity & Data Privacy practice, is part of a limited pool of senior data privacy and cybersecurity lawyers in Asia.  She has handled an array of high-profile global and pan-Asian data privacy breaches, conducted in-depth data audits for international companies and provided cross-jurisdictional advice on data privacy and cybersecurity obligations, including China's Cybersecurity Law. Ms. Lee was named a "Rising Star in Intellectual Property" at the Euromoney Asia Women in Business Law Awards (2016).

"I am honored to receive my second award from Euromoney Legal Media Group,” said Ms. Lee. “This recognition is a reflection of our strong capabilities in the privacy and data protection field and highlights the high standard of service we aim to provide to our clients.”
