London — Mayer Brown has advised the Hong Kong-based property developer, K&K Property Holdings, on the acquisition of Orion House, the iconic freehold office tower in Covent Garden, London, for £130 million. This transaction is K&K’s first investment in the London real estate market. 

The 90,916 sq ft office building, purchased from Central London specialist WELPUT, is located in one of London’s most vibrant commercial and cultural locations and benefits from extensive views across the capital. Tenants in the fully-occupied building include The Office Group and Marathon Asset Management.
