Paris — Mayer Brown advised on matters of French law arising from the sale by BentallGreenOak to Patrizia AG of a pan-European logistics assets portfolio comprising 42 properties, for a portfolio value of EUR 1.2 billion.
The portfolio of assets, located in France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands, includes more than 1.4 million square meters of rentable premises.
Mayer Brown had advised BentallGreenOak in each of the transactions through which the French logistics assets included in the portfolio were acquired.
