Mayer Brown announced that it has won the Gold Award in the “Legal Advisor of the Year” category at the P3 Awards 2019, an awards series hosted by P3 Bulletin that recognizes outstanding achievements in public-private partnerships (P3s) across the Americas. The firm also advised QIC on a long-term parking and mobility concession with Northeastern University, which won the Gold award in the “Best Education and Higher Education Project” category.
This marks the fourth consecutive year that Mayer Brown has been recognized in the “Legal Advisor of the Year” category and the third time the firm has finished in the top spot. Mayer Brown was selected for its involvement in a wide range of key P3 projects in the past year, including advising Purdue University on the development of its new student housing facilities through an availability payment P3 structure.
