Ms. Gross has remained at the forefront of advancing diversity throughout the legal profession and has created opportunities for lawyers of all backgrounds, including the launch of a diversity task force in Dallas, which designates a published algorithm-based diversity score to various law firms in the county. She also founded a nonprofit organization, CITY PACE, which matched middle school students with diverse attorneys as mentors.
In addition to Ms. Gross’ strong dedication to helping diverse attorneys, she has played an instrumental role in building out the firm’s Technology Transactions and Intellectual Property Transactions practices in Northern California and is an active member of the firm’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy practice. She has significant experience with IP strategy and commercialization; copyright, patent and trademark matters; IP and data protection issues in corporate transactions, and other technology license agreements, sourcing, joint ventures and strategic collaborations.
