London — Mayer Brown has today been named one of the UK's most family-friendly employers for the fourth consecutive year. The firm is included in the annual Top 30 Employers for Working Families list compiled by the work-life balance charity, Working Families.
The list includes both large and small employers from across the public, private and third sectors. Employers were assessed and scored on four areas — integration to organizational strategy and culture, policy, consistent practice and evidence — to build a comprehensive picture of their flexible and family-friendly policies and practices. The benchmark captures the experience of more than 450,000 UK employees across the organizations that took part.
