London — Mayer Brown has advised Hong Kong-based investors on the acquisition of 8 Salisbury Square, London.

The joint venture acquired the 165,523 sq ft property from London-based real estate company Greycoat and alternative asset manager Cheyne Capital Management. The prestigious new building located near Fleet Street, London is multi-let to various tenants, including Gartner UK Limited.
