Paris — Mayer Brown advised a foreign investor and Balzac Real Estate Investment Management in connection with the acquisition from CLS Holdings of a building located 48 rue Croix des Petits Champs, in Paris.
The building “Ateliers Victoires”, fully rehabilitated in 2018, is spread over eight floors for a total of more than 2,000 sq.m., leased to the communication agency Epoka.
