Paris — Mayer Brown advised Hines SGP on the financing of the acquisition of the CBX tower, a 32-floor and 43,000-sqm office tower located in Courbevoie, in Paris-La-Défense, Europe’s largest business district.
The acquisition, from a vehicle held by Tishman Speyer, was carried out on behalf of South Korean investors and financed by ING Bank.
The Mayer Brown Real Estate team was comprised of Hervé Kensicher (senior counsel) and Stéphane Joly (associate).
