A co-leader of Mayer Brown’s Technology Transactions practice and member of the firm’s management committee, Ms. Eisner was selected by NLJ for her extensive experience representing clients in innovative and emerging technology transactions, such as a major bank’s shift of all operations to the cloud and extensive utilization of AI tools. She also advised a client on the technology agreements to assist the client in raising funds for a single-property REIT deal including through use of cryptocurrencies. “This was one of the first of its kind,” remarked Ms. Eisner. “As companies digitize and monetize their data, applications and the way they do business in the cloud and online, there are many complications. We excel at helping our clients navigate these complexities."
