Mayer Brown announced today that Phyllis Korff has joined the firm as a Capital Markets partner in New York.

Ms. Korff advises issuers and investment banks on a variety of financing matters, including equity, equity-linked and debt financings (both investment grade and high-yield) in the US and international markets. She has extensive experience representing foreign issuers, including Israeli and Canadian companies, in their financing and corporate matters. The 2018 edition of Chambers Global ranks her as an “Expert Based Abroad for Capital Markets: Israel.” Ms. Korff has worked on numerous initial public offerings and other registered offerings, as well as exempt offerings, across a number of industries, such as life sciences, real estate, technology, telecommunications and financial services. She has been named a “Senior Statesperson for Capital Markets: Debt & Equity – Nationwide” by Chambers USA 2018. Ms. Korff is also ranked “Highly Regarded in Capital Markets” by IFLR1000 2019.
