Head of the London Employment group Nicholas Robertson has edited and contributed a preface and chapter on the UK to the 1st edition of a new book, The Labour and Employment Disputes Review.

The book is a yearly review of procedure, key themes and significant cases across 19 countries including the UK, Australia, Hong Kong, India, South Africa and the US (the chapter of which is written by Mayer Brown Employment & Benefits partner Andrew S. Rosenman). It is aimed at keeping employers and their advisers up to speed with significant employer-related developments that are occurring throughout the world. As employment law is such a fast-moving area these developments occur every year – employment law does not stand still – and it in anticipated that the book will develop for future editions.
