Mayer Brown announced today that Chicago-based Corporate & Securities partner Christian Fabian has been named a 2017 “Client Service All-Star” by BTI Consulting Group. For a repeat appearance on the list, he was awarded the “MVP” distinction. Since launching its All-Stars report in 2001, BTI has included one or more Mayer Brown lawyers on the list each year.

The 2017 All-Stars report recognized 319 North American lawyers who “stand out as absolutely best at client service” and “are head and shoulders above the rest as defined solely by clients,” BTI said. To select the All-Stars, BTI conducted more than 300 in-depth interviews with legal decision makers at the world’s leading organizations. The lawyers whom the clients named shared six traits: superior client focus, innovative thought leadership, exceptional understanding of the client’s business, legal skills, outsized value and outstanding results.
