Mayer Brown announced today that it advised Japanese institutional investors on due diligence of Nippon Sheet Glass’ (NSG) US subsidiary and business. NSG, the world’s second-largest glassmaker, expects to raise about 40 billion yen (approximately US $352 million) through a private share placement.
