Mayer Brown advised Generac Power Systems, Inc. on the acquisition of the assets of MOTORTECH Holding GmbH & Co. KG. The purchase price was not disclosed.

German based MOTORTECH is a manufacturer of gaseous-engine control systems and accessories and employs 250 people at its German headquarters, manufacturing plant in Poland and sales offices in the U.S. as well as China. Generac Power Systems, Inc. is a leading designer and manufacturer of power generation equipment and other engine powered products for residential, commercial and industrial use. Generac is headquartered in Waukesha, Wisconsin and, through it and its affiliates, operates manufacturing facilities in the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia.
