London — Mayer Brown has advised Hong Kong investors, Chuang’s China Group, on the purchase of 10 Fenchurch Street, London. The property is Chuang’s first acquisition in London.
 
The 73,500 sq ft building, purchased for £80 million from Standard Life, is let to multiple tenants, including Hannover Services, Sugarman Group, Apptio Europe, Atradius and Matthews Daniel International.
