Mayer Brown announced that Larry Urgenson, Washington DC-based partner and co-leader of the firm’s global Anti-Corruption & FCPA practice, earned the top spot among “the lawyers on the most FCPA settlements” for handling six foreign bribery resolutions since September 2008, according to Just Anti-Corruption’s FCPA Counsel Tracker report. Mr. Urgenson was previously recognized as an “FCPA Master” by Main Justice (now Just Anti-Corruption) for his record of achievement in anti-corruption defense work. The publication noted that his matters are marked by “innovative settlements, strong collaboration with in-house counsel, and successful results.”
