Mayer Brown advised Prosol (Grand Frais), a food retail chain, and its founder with regard to the acquisition of a minority stake (LBO) by Sagard alongside Siparex and its co-investor Carvest (operating through its regional investment vehicle Calixte). The existing minority shareholders since 2011, Abénex Capital and Five Arrows, reinvested alongside the founder.
Denis Dumont, founder as well as original and majority shareholder of Prosol (Grand Frais), advised by Mayer Brown, keeps sole control of the group.
