The BTI Consulting Group has ranked Mayer Brown in the top half of the 2016 “Client Service 30”—BTI’s annual list of the 30 law firms who “outpace all other firms in service” and “impress clients with their savvy.” BTI scored firms based on information from more than 300 interviews with general counsel and other legal decision makers at organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue. The interviewees were asked which firms performed at “best-in-class” levels in 17 activities “essential to delivering superior client service.”
