London - Leading global law firm Mayer Brown, instructed by the Klesch Group General Counsel, David Green, advised the global industrial company on the contract to buy Milford Haven oil refinery in Wales.

This follows the Klesch Group’s refinancing of its Heide Refinery in 2013 and the acquisition of that Refinery from Shell in 2010, both of which Mayer Brown also advised upon.
