London - Leading global law firm Mayer Brown has advised Alifabs Group, specialists in the definition, production and supply of products and services to support infrastructures for government, travel & communications networks, in its sale to CommScope, Inc. (NASDAQ:COMM) a provider of connectivity and essential infrastructure solutions for wireless, business enterprise and residential broadband networks.

Founded in 1957, Alifabs is a prime contractor responsible for delivering over 50 Airport Visual Control Rooms and a market leader in the supply of towers and metal cabinets and enclosures to the UK telecommunications industry.

Mayer Brown provided corporate, employment, intellectual property, real estate and tax advice on the deal.
