London - Leading global law firm Mayer Brown has advised Unilever on the sale of its Peperami salami sticks to US-based beef jerky maker Jack Link’s. The deal also includes the sale of Bifi, Unilever’s meat snack brand sold in Germany, Switzerland and other parts of Europe. The transaction, subject to customary closing conditions, also includes the manufacturing unit in Ansbach, Germany.
