Mayer Brown, a leading global law firm, represented Chicago-based Textura Corporation as issuer in its $86 million initial public offering and listing on the New York Stock Exchange. Textura is a leading provider of on-demand business collaboration software to the commercial construction industry. The company took advantage of the “IPO on-ramp” provisions of the JOBS Act that are designed to facilitate offerings by “emerging growth companies.”
