London - Leading global law firm Mayer Brown has advised Numis Securities Limited in its role as nominated adviser and broker in connection with a £10m share placing by AIM listed Modern Water PLC, a company which owns, installs and operates membrane technology and supplies advanced systems for water monitoring.

The placing raised £9.5m gross proceeds to assist the company in pursuing opportunities particularly across China and the Middle East and to grow its monitoring business by licensing and acquiring innovative, proven products to leverage its international business.
