Morgan, BB Securities, Bradesco BBI, Rabo Securities, Santander and Wells Fargo Securities on a US $700 million international bond issuance by JBS, a Brazilian meat processor. The bonds will be used to repay short and medium term debt and for other general corporate purposes.
