Mayer Brown is pleased to announce that Bill Amos has rejoined the firm as a consultant in the litigation team and San San Peh has joined its Singapore office as Head of Shipping Services.

Bill returns to Mayer Brown from Ince & Co. where he was a partner focusing on commercial litigation. Previously, Bill was a partner at Johnson Stokes & Master, which combined with Mayer Brown in 2008 to form Mayer Brown.

He has significant experience in all aspects of commercial dispute resolution, including international trade, banking, transportation and insurance. In particular, he also has extensive experience in shipping-related disputes and international arbitration.

Bill will strengthen our litigation team while also providing key support for Mayer Brown's shipping and international arbitration practices. These are also two main focus areas for the firm's new Singapore office and over time, Bill will form a pivotal link between our Hong Kong and Singapore offices.

Additionally, San San joins Mayer Brown's Singapore office from Watson, Farley & Williams LLP. She has also previously worked at Fortis Bank and Overseas Union Bank and has extensive experience in shipping finance, structured finance and syndications. She will be one of our key contacts in helping the firm to establish itself and expand its reach in the Lion City.

"Both Bill and San San are significant additions to our firm and their appointments reflect Mayer Brown's ambitions to consolidate its leading position in traditional practice areas as well as establishing itself in new jurisdictions across Asia," said Elaine Y.M. Lo, Senior Partner and Asia Chair at Mayer Brown. "I'm delighted to welcome Bill and San San to the firm and look forward to working with them."

Bill is admitted in Hong Kong, England & Wales. San San graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor Degree in Business.
