28 May 2010 - Pamplona Capital Management has participated in the WEPA Industrieholding SE as a minority shareholder. The capital increase creates the basis for the further development of the company strategy and the investments connected therewith in the ten European production locations. In particular, the added finances are being used for the partial discharge of the existing bank financing. Mayer Brown comprehensively advised WEPA in the transaction.
