5 May 2009 - International law firm Mayer Brown advised Arminius Real Estate Opportunity Fund, L.P. ("Arminius") on acquisition of performing commercial real estate loans totaling approximately 148 million Euro from a major international commercial bank in London. The loans are exclusively secured with German real estates, among others large hotels in eastern Germany. Mayer Brown advised Arminius with an international team of lawyers from the Frankfurt and London offices.

Arminius is an opportunity fund which is specialized in the acquisition of German real estate and real estate loans. In Germany the opportunity fund is exclusively advised by Arminius Kapitalgesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt am Main.
