Benedikt Weiser, 39, specialises in private equity, real estate and mezzanine funds. He primarily advises fund companies in structuring and launching investment funds. He also a wealth of experience in advising companies with regard to international fiscal and regulatory issues. In addition, he advises investors and is an instructor for private equity law Bucerius Law School. Benedikt Weiser was most recently counsel at Linklaters in Frankfurt.
